Rules

  1. Cancellation of reservation
    • Cancellation or transfer of your booked entry on the same day, applies penalty of 100% based from total booked time.
    • Cancellation or transfer of your booked entry on the previous day, applies penalty of 50% based from total booked time.
    • To cancel your booked entry without penalty, please inform Studio 48h in advance, by calling phone +371 20406030 or by writing on Facebook page Yeko Photo Studio or by sending an e-mail to yekostudio@gmail.com
  2. Studio
    • Tenants must return Studio decorations in the same condition, as it was given to them at the start. In case if rooms will require additional cleaning after rent, then required time will be added to total booked time.
    • Tenants must track the time by themselves and must free rooms not later than 10 minutes after booked time expires. If tenants will extend beyond booked time, then additional 30 minutes will be added to total booked time (+10 EUR).
    • Arrangement of decorations can differ from photos.
    • Studio administrators are not personal assistants and do not engage in decorating the studio for tenants.
    • Please, if possible, take replaceable shoes and inform your clients regarding this request.

Prices

We are working every day from 08:00 to 21:00 – 20€/hour* (30 min – 15 EUR)

Night hours from 21:00 to 08:00 – 25€/hour

*Bath design room with water +10€ (regardless of the duration of the lease)

Renting studio design you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of payment
